Hungry after all this? Come eat a vegan dinner with us, after the workshop!
You are all invited to join us for a vegan dinner at Hunan Kitchen in Squirrel Hill. Each person must pay for his or her own meal. The workshop ends at 6:30 p.m., and we can walk to Hunan Kitchen (a 5-minute walk). Hunan Kitchen makes vegan versions of dishes such as lemon chicken, fried shrimp, general tso's chicken, and other mock meats, as well as plenty of vegetable and noodle dishes, and soups. They also sell meat dishes, but we ask that anyone who joins us, please order vegan for this meal in honor of vegan outreach. Meals at Hunan Kitchen have varying prices, with some being low and some being higher, depending on what you order.
